As the Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for South Norfolk County in Massachusetts, HESSCO’s mission is to help older adults and individuals living with a disability remain safe and independent at home for as long as possible. We provide a variety of services, including delivering 700 Meals on Wheels daily.
