Living Butterhead Lettuce

Butterhead lettuce is a Bibb type lettuce that forms a tight little rosette of soft, light-green, upward-facing leaves surrounding a tender, pale center perfect for sandwiches and wraps. Our lettuce heads are raised in a clean indoor hydroponics system, so no pesticides/sprays are ever used. The gourmet heads are more flavorful than conventional lettuce, making it an ideal component in any salad or sandwich.
