Panday Coffee is a specialty coffee cart dedicated to crafting unique beverages that celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and intentionality. Drawing inspiration from Filipino flavors and heritage, our drinks combine thoughtfully curated ingredients-- like coconut condensed milk, locally sourced honey and locally made macadamia nut and vanilla syrups--to offer an experience that's both familiar and exciting.

Each cup is prepared with care, reflecting the spirit of the Panday (Tagalog/ Ilocano word for blacksmith) -- a craftsman who transforms raw materials into something meaningful.
