At Bloom & Brew we believe that quality coffee comes from quality ingredients. That is why we source our beans from local roasters in MI. Our syrups are handcrafted with locally grown Michigan sugar, local raw honey, and local maple syrup. We brew our iced teas with high quality loose leaf Organic tea in small batches, never a bottled mix or bagged tea. To highlight the amazing produce available here in the fruit belt, we offer a rotating flavor fruit simple syrups to add to our lemonades, iced teas, or coffee. So far we have had Strawberry, Cherry, and Blueberry. We are so excited to bring fresh and delicious beverages made with the best local ingredients! Come see us Saturdays at the Muskegon farmers market and Mondays and Thursdays at the Pentwater farmers market!

Bloom & Brew Coffee and Tea is a small business run by Erika and Trey Choice. We met in 2019 working at The Mercury Cafe in Denver, Colorado. We spent 2020 renovating an old school bus into a tiny home on wheels. We spent two years traveling through 14 states, starting in California and ending in Michigan in the spring of 2022. During that time we created a small business selling jewelry made from pinecones, live-edge furniture, and other handmade and found treasures to support our travels. Erika has spent over 10 years on and off as a barista and always wanted to have a coffee and tea shop of her own. Our small business eventually evolved into the coffee and tea shop of our dreams with the help of a local commissary kitchen, The Starting Block in Hart, MI, which helps local small food and drink businesses get started! We are so excited to bring these creations we have been dreaming of for years to you at local farmers markets using the best choice ingredients possible!
