we have a small horse trailer converted to a dessert trailer, we can also have a portable soft serve Ice machine on our trailer. We came last year in Feb. it was cold but we did well, We had cookies and cakes in pans. We are local and have a following. This year we have a trailer and generator in the back as most trailers do. we sit a table in front of our trailer.so people can view our product. but we still could use a little shade. Our products are sensitive to heat. We would be an asset to your show because of our following. And our new local soft serve ice cream parlor. Thanks for your consideration. A slightly outside space with the back of my trailer outside (for my quiet generator ) with the front of my trailer slightly covered under the pavillion facing inside pavillion for a little shade would be a perfect spot for me.
