We make hard ice cream at the University of Minnesota pilot plant in St. Paul, using the milk from local dairy farms in MN. Once we process and package our product, we not only wholesale our ice cream for distribution to local stores, restaurants, meat markets, breweries, etc., but we also hand scoop our ice cream for catering events from our tent & table setup and/or from our recently acquired food trailer.
