About

I am a stay at home mama/homeschool teacher of 3 boys (6- Parker, 4- Jax and 7 months old - Banner) and a wife to a hard working hubby! We are always up to something...bible study, play dates, church, Busch Gardens, Target 🤪....aka...We are constantly exposed to all different kinds of germs. After months of many different kinds of sickness flowing through our home (in 2016) I broke down and researched natural, organic remedies to help fight off all the bugs we had been catching! After seeing how much elderberry syrup costs to buy in the store for such a little bottle, I decided to start making it for our family on my own! This also allowed me to add ingredients that I found to be beneficial for us and make the recipe much more tasty. 3 out of 4 of us have auto immune diseases and our immune systems need all the boosting they can get! Our family loves this recipe and we take it daily and year round!

I made this page for friends and family to see updates on when I am brewing new batches of syrup and to stay in touch! As most of you know, I sell 8oz jars for $10, 16oz jars for $20 (and if you bring your jar back I will swap it out with your for a new full jar for $18). I also offer 32oz jars for $37. Vegan jars (No honey) are an option and if you need a jar without a specific ingredient, I can do that also!

Ingredients -all organic- :
-dried elderberry
-cinnamon
-rosehips
-cloves
-ginger root
-turmeric
-local honey
-reverse osmosis water

Dosage that my family takes:
A tablespoon a day when well and twice a day when sick. If you’ve been diagnosed with the flu, it’s recommended to take every 4 hours.

*Remember to shake your jar well prior to taking and to keep it refrigerated! The jar is good for 6 months when kept refrigerated.
