White sausage comes from Wielkopolska, a region is situated in the north-west centre of Poland. It is the historic cradle of Polish nation and also the seat of first Polish kings, where it was made already in the 17th century.

White sausage has many uses, it can be eaten steamed, grilled or baked. Perfect for various types of dishes and casseroles.

Boiled in water or sometimes beer (mostly Pilsner), it is served with horseradish and mustard.
White sausage comes frozen raw, uncooked. It is a light-colored, medium-grind sausage that people love.

To make this sausage, we use pork and Polish spices - imported Polish marjoram and natural flavors, salt, water, fresh garlic and traditional pork intestines for the casing.
