Kiełbasa weselna, or "wedding sausage", is a double-smoked pork sausage with fresh garlic that is traditionally served at weddings and other important events.
The dark color comes from the double-smoking process.
We use the highest quality pork, carefully selecting the best parts, such as the shoulder and shank.
It can be served cold or heated, and pairs well with sauerkraut and mustard.
The wedding sausage get his unique aroma in an wood-fired smokehouse, which gives it its characteristic aroma and depth of flavor.
It is not only a traditional product, but also a tribute to old Polish meat-smoking techniques.
