Our best selling Polish Sausage, the traditional Kielbasa sausage we offer is a high-quality product, made based on an old, traditional, regional recipe straight from Podhale (the Polish Highlands). It is produced without the use of any unhealthy chemical agents improving taste, smell and increasing efficiency. The only preservative used is table salt and the smoking process. Homemade sausage has a shell made of natural intestine, slightly wrinkled and characterized by a beautiful dark brown color.
