We are modern French bakery specializing in artisan croissants and contemporary pastries. We offer a wide selection of Viennoiserie products , such as croissants, danishes, kouign amanns and brioches in the mornings, and french desserts throughout the day in our flagman store in the heart of Southlake, TX. We use only the finest premium ingredients in our products, including Belgian chocolate, Madagascar vanilla beans, French butter, and locally-sourced dairy products. We are crafting our products from scratch in-house, our process includes a long fermentation process to achieve the perfect balance of crunchiness and rich buttery flavor. Everything is baked daily with limited stock to ensure freshness.
