My love for cooking began when I was a child, and only grew with my first food service position in a Napa Valley pizza parlor. I spent the next 20 plus years working in various chef positions in restaurants, resorts, and country clubs along the California coast. Although I eventually transitioned into county education, my love and passion for cooking and sharing food never changed.
I retired from county education in June of 2019. Years before retiring I decided to channel my passion for creating unique food into making and customizing sauces as gifts for loved ones. What began as a small hobby grew into the Grubmaster brand you see now. My hope is to bring a little bit of delicious joy into your kitchen from mine.
