Garden City Garlic
Farmer
Small farmer in rural West Michigan growing 4 variety of hard neck specialty garlic and unique hot pepper plants and fruit as well as heirloom cherry style tomatoes. All produce is grown in a chemically free environment.
The grower produces, on average, 15,000 garlic bulbs per year on a half acre with occasional help from family members during harvest and planting. A small greenhouse is used for seed germination and a small garage for curing the product for winter storage.
