We raise/purchase local pasture raised beef, lamb and pork. At the market we will offer hot beef sandwiches or gyros featuring local veggies on the side. We have a brick and mortar shop in Historic Downtown Calumet, 320 5th St. Next door is our sister store, The Copper Scoop. Here we make ice cream in house with local ingredients when in season. We offer many gluten free, nut free and dairy options.
