With over nine years of experience in horticulture and four years working in contract research organizations, I've honed my skills in growing microgreens and gained a deep understanding of the importance of quality and compliance in the food industry.
My passion for microgreens began when I discovered the incredible nutritional value and flavor that these young plants offer. I quickly became fascinated with the science of growing microgreens and how to optimize their growth for maximum yield and quality.
