Roti-Si

Roti-Si specializes in Porchetta (Italian roasted pork) and chicken (rotisserie style), sold in sandwiches and by pound, using local meat and vegetables. Sandwiches are served in Ciabatta bread fresh from local bakeries featuring chef's specialty sauces, also available in vegetarian options. The tent will feature a full Porchetta carving station and a chicken roasting oven, inspired by Sunday markets in Italy. This concept is intended to be a farmers' market concept only and will be committed for the long term.
