We are an artisanal company that manufactures from a private residence, we make NY style cookies and we are governed by the Tennessee Foof Freddom Act, Public Chapter 862, effective as of 01/07/2022, our products are labeled and describe the ingredients used in their preparation and because they do not need temperature control, they are not required to have a license or an inspection by the health department, a reading that is also shown on our packaging.
