I’m actually a combination of Farmer and Specialty Food Artisan. I raise and propagate edible plants. I also have chickens, fruit trees, herbs and vegetable gardens. I use the produce from those to make canned goods. For example I’m currently making Mulberry Jam and Loquat Orange Marmalade.

The edible plants include edible bedding plants, herbs, edible flowers, fruit trees and vegetables.
