Nuoc Mama: Vietnamese Goods

I am an independent food producer aspiring to make Vietnamese dishes I grew up with, highlighting local/seasonal produce from small farms in our area. My goal is to engage with the community to introduce them to Vietnamese food and culture, as well as to help encourage them to explore those flavors and cooking techniques at home with sauces and recipe cards I make, along with the produce they buy at market.
