Cheese & Parsley Sausage Ring

This is a family favorite from the old world style sausage that we grew up with in Brooklyn grilling on special occasions. One of our favorite dinners is Grilled Parsley Cheese Sausage on a nice long roll with peppers, onions and potatoes. Try with a few finger hot peppers to kick it up a notch!
