THAT’S GOOD GARLIC!

THAT’S GOOD GARLIC! is an all-purpose, whipped garlic intended for use in everyday cooking! Whether it’s roasted/grilled veggies, basted on meats or over fish or just slathered on bread we know TGG! will delight any palate.
We hand-crack/peel/trim and process with oil, lemon juice, water and salt.
Our sourcing: We don’t use garlic from China or India. We process West-coast sourced garlic and use Spanish garlic due to the non-GMO standards from the EU. We buy our oil from Glory Bee Foods; Eugene, OR., Glory Bee has done extensive research and strives to maintain a healthy bee population in the PNW. I keep bees on my farm and feel passionately about saving the pollinators we desperately need. Our lemon juice is sourced from California. We source Kosher Sea Salt from Jacobsen Salt Co, based in Netarts Bay, OR.
We have a commitment to source our packaging as close to home as well. We buy our bottles and caps in Puyallup, WA and our labels are made in Seattle.
