Nikki's Bikkies is an organic micro bakery that specializes in cookies (aka bikkies), cakes, and other baked goods, inspired by Australian and American recipes, proudly handmade in small batches in Baldwinsville NY. Our creations are primarily plant based, with both gluten & gluten free options, utilizing ingredients that are sourced from farms and producers who are local (when possible), fair-trade, non-gmo, organic, and/or regenerative, of the highest quality and integrity.
