I specialize in small batch cheesecake and ice cream confections. I have an ice cream bicycle with a refrigerated cooler (think Vintage good times ice cream bike) I plan to have individually wrapped choco dipped cheesecake on a stick, custom ice cream sandwiches and mini cheesecakes for sale.
