My name Chef Kareem and my wife Jocylene is also a Chef we have our servsafe license and food license for the Philadelphia area. I went to culinary arts institute in Massachusetts for 1,000 hours and Chef Joy ran A restaurant for 6 years in West Philly. Chef Joy is from Uganda and Chef Kareem Philadelphia. We serve samosas vegetable and turkey, salmon burgers, halal smoke chicken wings , all natural juices.
