Loving Lefse

We are Loving Lefse & we are a family owned business. Lefse is a Norwegian potato based flatbread similar to a tortilla that we make from scratch. We fill this delicious versatile bread with sweet & savory things. We have done everything from breakfast Lefses filled with chorizo, eggs, tater tots and cheese to our take on a cinnamon roll to BBQ brisket & mac n cheese in a Lefse! We will also start selling our custom coffee blend and espresso based speciality coffee drinks to pair with our Lefse! I started at a farmers market in September back in California where my parents live to prove the concept. Our feedback has been nothing but incredible. I now live in boise & I am currently working on customizing a food trailer in Nampa. I have been to the Eagle market in the past & I have absolutely loved the atmosphere, vendors & people. I truly think Loving Lefse could thrive at this market. We love the idea of using local ingredients. We only use Idaho potatoes in our product & we are hoping to collaborate with a potato farm to get all of our potatoes from. Back in California we have also collaborated with local farmers for produce, fruits and pasture raised meat!
