Folk & Psyche

Our name is Folk & Psyche, and we offer nutrient-dense foods to our beloved customers. We encourage customers to dive into their own cultural heritage to form relationships with the plant queendom. Shaina Levee, M.A. is a psychologist and community herbalist/foodie. She has Celtic and Jewish roots. Luke Langstaff is an ecologist, botanist and certified wild mushroom expert. He has Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) and European roots. All of our foods are organic, while harvested, and regenerative.
