Nouvia Snacks

We make bone broth protein bars that are now referred to by our customers as Nouvia Bars, which is based on our company name, Nouvia Snacks. The name comes from the word nourishment and latin via vitae, meaning "way of life". Therefore, our name translates to nourishment is the way of life. When my wife, Kiki, became pregnant, I was trying to properly nourish her with real food and protein. I would go to the farmers market, buy beef bones in bulk, and make her bone broth that she could sip on while pregnant. With all of life's happenings, we needed something more convenient. Knowing how much Kiki also loved fruit, I set out to make a snack that was high in protein using bone broth and eggs, but also included fruit. Hence, the Nouvia Bar was made!
