Roti-Si

Roti-Si specializes in roasted pork (Italian porchetta style) and chicken (rotisserie style), sold in sandwiches or by pound, using local meat and vegetables. Sandwiches are served in mini and full-size with chef's specialty sauces, also available in a vegetarian option. The tent will feature a full porchetta carving station and a chicken roasting oven, inspired by farmers' markets in Italy.
