Moon Mushrooms

I am a local gourmet mushroom grower that specializes in a variety of mushrooms such as Lion's Mane, Chestnut, King Blue Oyster, Golden Oyster, Pink Oyster, Italian Oyster, Shiitake, and Maitake. I use a local Michigan oak wood substrate to create an environment for the mushrooms to grow in, just like in nature.
