Rubyne

We are new local Korean kitchen in lower Clintonville and we would like to sell some of our prepared food at your market. We just opened January 1st of this year and are a family affair. Our kitchen is named after our daugther Ruby. My Korean wife is the chef, and I, a Clintonville native, do whatever she tells me to. In addition to our made-to-order meals which can be ordered from our website (rubyne.com) for pickup or delivery, we also would like to start selling pre-made Korean food at markets such as yours. Initially our focus would be on selling a variety of different kimchi and perhaps gimbap. Much of it would be seasonal depending the local vegatables and ingredients available.
