We are a certified organic farm. 100% pasture raised Pork, Beef and soon chicken We supplement our cows diet with organic grain for improved flavor and consistency. all of our beef is 21 day dry aged. Our goal is to produce the best tasting and cleanest meat on the market, while also humanely treating our animals and the environment.

our farm is USDA certified organic. We can not yet sell the beef as organic as we do not have an organic processor available yet. Our processor is has begun the organic certification process.
Our chicken will be certified organic.

We are a small family farm in Cedar Hill, TN. We have been raising livestock as far back as I can trace, to my great grandfathers, probably longer. We made the transition to organic in 2015, as we saw a huge need to raise animals humanely and organically and to complete the process from birth to full maturity.
