Hello,

I'm Pei, co-founder of Moshruums LLC, a new urban farming venture I started with my partner Ross in Metro Detroit. As someone who grew up in Taiwan, I have always been passionate about the rich flavors and health benefits of medicinal and gourmet mushrooms. Since moving to Detroit in 2018, homesickness and my love for mushrooms inspired Ross and I to explore mushroom cultivation. Our goal is to promote healthier lifestyles by incorporating these beneficial fungi into diets while also giving back to the community.

At Moshruums LLC, we prioritize sustainability alongside health. We use recyclable and reusable packaging materials, and we choose paper bags over plastic to minimize environmental impact.

Currently, we offer a variety of fresh mushrooms, including Lion’s Mane, several types of oysters, Pioppino, Black Pearl King, King Trumpet, Nameko, and Maitake mushrooms. We also have a selection of dried products like Lion's Mane powder, Lion's Mane Hot Cocoa Mix, dried Blue Oyster mushrooms, dried Pioppino mushrooms, and a range of Reishi and Cordyceps teas, along with mushroom-based seasonings.

Last year, we participated in the Dodge Park Farmers' Market and are excited to continue our presence there this season.
