We apply permaculture principles to raise sustainable food products. We will have organically raised produce at the Market, and also have raw milk, eggs, meat chickens, pork, and, soon to have, beef available on the farm.
We support, and run, a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), ask about sign up.

I will not pay for an Organic certification, or other certification, as raising healthy foods that nourish without harmful chemicals should be a common practice in food production, and I do not need permission to sell healthy, safe food.

I am from Londonderry, Northern Ireland, and I immigrated to this country when I married my husband. I have always had pots, barrels, or anything that would hold a potato plant, so that I could produce something for myself. Not much option in owning a farm in Ireland as most are generational farms and are impractical for the common person to purchase. We want to get to producing nearly 100% of our own food and support the local community with healthy food. Though this has always been my dream to do...it is hard work!
