Our passion is coffee and you'll know the moment you step in our doors. Our journey of quality service begins with small batch roasting of our Specialty grade coffee beans. The journey continues into the coffee house and passes into the hands of skilled Baristas for you to experiance coffee and espresso at its finest. We hope to bring our journey to the Farmers Market and the people of Knoxville.

We are an in-house roasting house and coffee shop in Townsend, TN. We all have a passion for what we do here, no shortcuts are taken. We use small batch roasters and roast 4 pounds at a time, keeping an eye on every single batch. We exclusively use Fair-Trade Organic beans from several countries. We use all organic products in shop as well.
