Vlania's Tres Leches and Pastelería

My company specializes in Tres Leches cakes but is currently in its starting stages. It is a current candidate for the Pasco County Business Incubator Program, in the meantime, I am a Cottage Food baker who abides by Florida's Cottage Food law by making baked goods that are shelf-stable. Things that I sell are cake sandwiches, meringue cookies, macarons, and alfajores, among other Hispanic-inspired sweets with a modern take.
