Trinity Health's behavioral health services offers a continuum of care for children through older adults throughout the Southeast MI region including Canton, Livonia, Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Brighton, and Pontiac. Services include traditional outpatient services, Mental Health Intensive Outpatient, Adolescent and Adult Partial Hospitalization Programs, adult inpatient, and adult substance use disorder services including traditional outpatient and Intensive Outpatient.
