The small loaves are about a pound, enough for about 5-6 sandwiches, depending on how thick you make the slices. The perfect sized loaf for those that don't eat a lot of bread...college students, single folks, or couples.

The large boules are Texas sized loaves, measuring a big ole 8 1/2" in diameter and at least 2 pounds.
