Lemongrass Rings

These lemony rings of wonder are grown in my infamous Swampy Earth Garden. Handcrafted by mwah, with much love and patience. These rings can be used in teas and even cooking, like in curries or used as a poultice and even as an herbal bath. Easy to take out of your tea cup or pot of yummy food goodness. Makes clean-up a tad easier. Who doesn't love an easy clean-up?

When used as a tea, lemongrass is said to soothe your nerves and refresh your energy flow. Its aromatic scent is refreshing and uplifting without revving up the nervous system. A tea made after dinner can promote healthy digestion as well as release toxins from the day. ...
If used in cooking, place ring in with the recipe and remove in the end with a fork. Ta da!

If used as a poultice for a cut or bug bite, gently pour hot water into a cup with a ring and let steep for a moment. The ring can be placed into a cloth and pressed against the skin. Easy clean-up, throw into the compost.

For an herbal bath, fill up the tub and place a few lemongrass rings in with you. You can leave them in with you and smell the yummy fragrance of lemongrass as you simmer in a loving bath. For double effects, sit in a bath with a cup of lemongrass tea!
