I retired from teaching in 2022 and now am an independently published author. I've published five books and two journals, and my next book will be released on July 23, 2024.

Two of my books and journals are grief-related, three books are education-related, and one is military-related. The new book is traditionally published and is military-related.

My books are cornerstones for themed workshops and classes; that part of my business is called Roots and Wings. I have an office where I do some tutoring and also offer themed classes on grief, leadership, middle school transition, and military support.
