Pumpkin seed brittle in multiple flavors/finishes, Maker’s Mix - an allergen friendly Cracker Jack alternative made with the pumpkin seed brittle, and the recently introduced Brittle Bits Bar - a hand crafted chocolate bar made from a 66% Valhrona dark chocolate shell filled with a gianduja made from Salty Brittle Bits and the 36% Valhrona caramelized milk chocolate.
Most of my menu offerings are free from the big 9 food allergen ingredients with the exception of the Brittle Bits Bar as it contains dairy via the milk chocolate.
I would summarize my specialty as modern and more delicious versions of classic confections!
