Green Appetit Microgreens

We are a home based family business that grows microgreens, packaged and currently sold at farmers markets and farmstands. All of the products we have for sale are grown and harvested in our home based vertical farm. Our microgreens include (but are not limited to) broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprout, kohlrabi, radish, pea, arugula, sunflower, cress, mustard, carrot, dill, parsley, borage, corn, buckwheat, garlic chive, etc. Our seeds are organic, heirloom or non-gmo, and grown using all organic farming practices. We are not certified. We are also not a traditional "farm", but grow everything indoors.

We harvest our microgreens at home, and package them before bringing them to the farmers market. This ensures the best quality and longest shelf life for customers. Our microgreens have been reported by customers to last close to two weeks and sometimes longer. We also occasionally pre-package small "promotional" packs of what we grow and sell, for customers to take home and try before they buy.
