Hallabong Chocolate Cookie

Hallabong is the representative fruit of Jeju Island in South Korea. The citrus hybrid is said to be reminiscent of Hallasan (or Halla Mountain), from which it derives its name.

Our 4-ounce hallabong chocolate cookie features Jeju Island-grown hallabong preserved in honey, fair trade dark chocolate discs, semi-sweet chocolate chips made with sustainable cocoa, browned butter, a hit of espresso, and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt flakes.
