We are offering Aisan tradition food as in,Pan-fried Dumplings,Pan-fried Buns freshly made daily.
The Dumplings and Buns will be cooked on site. Ready to be consumed on the streets of Ottawa.
The pan fried dumplings , are cooked in a pan, the dumplings are created from a non-yeast dough. The fillings are Beef, Chicken, Pork and Veggies all fresh, all seasoned with our family secret spices.
The Pan-fried Buns are created using the same non yeast dough and using the same type of meat season with the family spcial spices with vegetable mixed in as carrots and onions . A dippling hot sauce will be offered to customers wanting spicey.
