La Carola LLC

My father and I started our own local business last year called La Carola. We sell natural juices, smoothies, fresh fruit bowls and Mexican styled corn in our 6x12 food trailer.

Our name makes reference to the neighborhood my father grew up in Mexico. Where everybody knew each other and bonded really easily, turning into a big family. This has become our goal, to create friendly family-like relationships with the community through the enjoyment of our products and services.
