Vegan and Gluten Free Orange Cinnamon Masa Harina Cookies

A unique vegan and gluten free cookie that uses masa harina flour (yes, the same corn flour used for tortillas) instead of wheat flour. The cinnamon and vanilla flavored cookies are iced with an orange glaze. So good no one will know they're vegan!
