Hello! I’m Liz! Wife of a disabled veteran and mom to 3 beautiful kids! When I’m not homeschooling I’m baking. We started eating gluten free when my middle son was diagnosed 12 years ago as “gluten sensitive”. Back then there were not so many yummy options a picky 5 yrs old would eat so began my journey to bake delicious gluten free treats! I hope you enjoy!!
