So Icy will sell Water Ice as its primary product in addition to soft pretzel, milkshakes, cluster ice cream, and other food\beverages in the future. Water ice is compared to a snow cone, however, they are both very different. Water Ice is thicker than a slushy but thinner than a snow-cone. Water Ice is a fat free, cholesterol free, dairy free and is enjoyed by both kids & adults as a cold refreshing treat. Shaved Ice and Snow-Cones are of a lesser quality because you are pouring a flavor over those ice products. Water Ice is very popular in the city of Philadelphia.
Production Practices
Philadelphia Water Ice is produced in a manufacturing plant where the ingredients are blended in vats, produced in a ice cream machine and flash frozen to return to a smooth consistency when you serve it.
We get our Water Ice products from the “Philadelphia Ice Company (PWI)”. The PWI has no high fructose corn syrup and is a fat free, diary free, cholesterol free, soy free, gluten free, certified O-U kosher, and is produced in a peanut free plant.
The products will be shipped from Philadelphia Water Ice to a restaurant depo here in Dallas.
