QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a type of hypnosis used to access the all-knowing part of ourselves, referred to as our subconscious or higher self. During a full QHHT session, which lasts 5-7 hours, individuals experience what feels like a guided daydream to view past lives or other experiences. Next, people are put into direct contact with their subconscious for an interesting conversation. This process helps people better understand why their life has been the way it has, and most importantly, how to move forward in the best way possible.

"Snapshot hypnosis sessions" offered at the Farmer's Market are much shorter (approximately 30 minutes) and give individuals a glimpse into the QHHT process. You may choose from one of three options to explore: past life exploration, meeting your guide/guardian angel, or a glimpse into a future experience.
