The Guardian Academy

The Guardian Retreat is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for youth, veterans and families.

The Guardian Retreat's retreat from traditional education for youth is known as The Guardian Academy. It is based on an active farm offering a summer program for all school aged kids 7 to 12, as well as a school year program offered to homeschooled children ages 7 to 12.

The Guardian Retreat offers a retreat from the stressors of daily life to veterans and families so they can focus on rest, relaxation and reconnection. It is located on a woodland farm surrounded by nature.

The Guardian Retreat works with The Pizza Farm to "feed the foundation." The Pizza Farm is operated by the owners of the farm that host The Guardian Retreat. The Pizza Farm offers seasonal nights out on the farm open the general public. Proceeds from pizza nights are donated to the operations of The Guardian Retreat.
