DAD Delphine Alfred Duncan Foundation for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

We are a non profit organization with an employment program to help the deaf and hard of hearing gain employability and entrepreneur skills in the food industry/concessions. We use the hot dog cart to allow the deaf and hard of hearing to gain the skill necessary to obtain employment at an entry level, with opportunities to grow in any work place. Inclusion and equality is present to show others how also hire persons who are deaf/hard of hearing.
